AI visibility · Indian D2C
Google, ChatGPT and Gemini now answer shopping questions directly, naming specific brands above the search results. Most Indian D2C brands are not in those answers and have no idea. We measure where you stand, hand you the plan that closes the gap, and run that plan for you if you'd rather not.
Our own study · September 2026
Every dot is a real brand. Several of the grey ones do crores in annual revenue. Read the full study, every question and the raw data →
Three steps. You can stop after the second one, and plenty of brands will.
We run 25–30 real buying questions for your category and record every brand the AI names. Your score, your competitors' scores, and the exact question each one won. Every answer archived so you read the original, not our summary of it.
A prioritised list of what to change, in order, each item tied to a specific page, listing or piece of content — not advice, instructions. Including the buying questions in your category where the AI currently names nobody. Those are the cheapest wins available to you and nobody is competing for them yet.
Hand the plan to your team, or hand it to us. If it's us, we rewrite the product titles, write the content for the open questions, close the listing gaps, and then re-measure and tell you honestly whether it moved.
The questions themselves
24 of the 44 we ran. The full set is published on the study page, and every report we send includes the questions used, so you can check any answer yourself in under a minute.
In our own scan, one brand had its website cited as a source five separate times and was recommended by name zero times. Another was cited once and named in nineteen of twenty-three answers. Being the source the AI reads is not the same as being the brand it names — and your analytics cannot tell the two apart.
Meanwhile that answer sits above every organic result, and for a shopper choosing between four serums it often ends the search.
Global tools track AI visibility for US and European brands. None of them run Indian buying questions, in India, against Indian brands — and none of them will do the remediation work afterwards.
We built the measurement for ourselves, found that 44 of 79 brands were invisible, and published the whole thing including the parts that disproved our own theory.
Published, because you should not have to ask. No GST is charged — we are below the registration threshold.

We execute
If a factual claim in your report is wrong, the report is free. A promise with no mechanism is just a sentence, so here is the mechanism.
What this does not cover: we can't guarantee an outcome. Whether the AI starts naming you is not ours to promise — see the question below.
No, and be suspicious of anyone who does. We have measured which things differ between recommended and invisible brands — product title convention most clearly — and we can do that work. What nobody has established, including agencies charging a lakh a month, is a reliable cause. So we promise the work and the scoreboard, not the outcome: we measure, we change things, we re-measure, and you see whether it moved. If it didn't, we say so.
A document and a spreadsheet. The document is your score, who is being recommended instead, the open questions nobody has claimed, and a numbered list of what to change in what order — each item pointing at a specific page, listing or product title. The spreadsheet is that list as a tracker your team works through, plus every answer and source we captured as raw data. It is a plan, not a diagnosis.
Yes, and we would rather you did. Every report includes the exact questions we ran. Type one into Google, look at the AI answer at the top, and count. It takes about a minute, and it is the reason you do not have to take our word for anything.
No. SEO decides which pages the AI reads; this measures which brands it names in the answer it writes. Our study found those are different lists — the most-cited site in the scan was never once recommended. Both are published in the data, so you can check it.
Our deepest data is in beauty, personal care and nutrition supplements, because that is where we have run the full study. The method works for any category where people ask buying questions — tell us yours and we will say honestly whether we can do it well.
No. Everything we measure is public. No logins, no analytics access, no personal data of any kind. For the Done For You tier we will need access to whatever we are editing, but not before you have bought it.
Two people in Delhi. We started Signalpoint in 2026 after finding that nobody had measured this for Indian brands. You would be among our first customers, which is why the price is what it is and why you deal with us directly rather than an account manager.
UPI or bank transfer against a proper invoice. We are below the ₹20 lakh turnover threshold, so we are not registered under GST and none is charged.

Tell us your brand and category. We run five buying questions from your category and send back your score and which competitors the AI named instead. Usually within one working day. If it turns out you're already visible, we'll tell you that and you'll have lost nothing.
